Blade BM5000 Problem

Hi guys, pretty useless with these things, I had this one set up for me by some one, recently my sub ran out and i never renewed for a few month then i renewed and some channels worked and now all channels say No Signal ( Tuner 1 ) , does any one know how i can fix this? i have updated the channel list etc and still no joy. Thanks for the help

Sounds like it's an issue with the feed from the dish,or the Tuner inside the box. Have you dissconnected the box recently?
