I have a blade media 7000 and unable to find the astra 2f channels, tried three other set top boxes and they are working good on these.

Is there a problem with the tuner?

Have a read here

The channel list is loaded directly to the box over the internet so you can miss out the first bit on loading new firmware.

Thanks for this, sorry should have mentioned that it did have these channels but on channel 5 (2f) the signal was coming up 98 per cent but in red instead of green.
I reset it to factory settings and tried a rescan but could not find them.

Ill try this and see what happens, are they known for having week tuners?
