Blindscan C band / Symbol rate 60000

Hi. After tests using a lot of images, blindscan plugin don't work C band, only Ku band. We want to fix this problem.

Any way to work symbol rate 60.000? Octagon sf8008 (same specs) blindscan working 100 ~80000 symbol rate.
