Noticed only certain countries within the vpn
Will clear the isp blocks

Maybe VPN might not be enough in future to bypass blocks?

They are doing something different for sure.

They'll notice the IP addresses once user's connect to a VPN they'll notice that aswel. Just a case of playing cat and mouse

Been a few blocked early afternoon then some using virgin in the evening by the looks of it.

Maybe now with IPTV with this serious measures they are putting in place, VPN is only way then.

Have to use right VPN and right country/server also.
