I'm new here and hoping someone can help. I bought a 2013 VW Sharan in December last year. I've had problems with the bluetooth connection. I checked the settings and the bluetooth is turned on but I've only been able to connect my phone for a couple of days. A message displayed on the dashboard after I'd had the car a few weeks showing a previous phone that had been connected. I was then able to connect my phone as VW was visible in the bluetooth menu on my phone. However, I've not been able to connect since as the phone option will not re-appear on the dashboard and the bluetooth no longer seems visible to my phone.
Has anyone had a similar problem or can offer any advice please? It's booked into VW next week but I was hoping it might be something I can solve.
