BM5000s EPG problem

I can't get the EPG to work. Everytime I press EPG on the remote then press RED nothing happens it usually starts downloading the EPG.

The remote works fine other then this issue the EPG has been working before this think the last time I downloaded it was last Friday

Update: sorted the issue somehow backed up the channel list then did a blade online channel update then downloaded my old channel list again which I had saved and now the EPG update works.

Tried rebooting box etc but that didn't work before that
