Warning sign keeps coming on saying hatchtop open .has anyone got any idea how to get it off

I will assume you went through the opening and closing routine of it ,maybe a faulty sensor if its secured tight
Might need diagnostics run to cancel the fault code.

Most probably hasnt made contact with the boot proximity switch or a broken wire in the loom where the wires go brittle.
