Pat Fenlon will be pleased with his side's Champions League draw

Monday, 21 June 2010

Airtricity Premier Division Champions Bohemians have been drawn against Welsh side The New Saints in their Champions League second round qualifying draw.

The draw, which took place in UEFA's Swiss headquarters today, offers Pat Fenlon's men a very realistic chance of progressing to the third qualifying round.

The Gypsies will be at home for the first leg played on 13/14 July and will travel to Wales a week later for the second leg.

Dundalk have been drawn against Luxenbourg outfit Grevenmacher in the first qualifying round of the Europa League.

Shamrock Rovers and Sporting Fingal will both enter the competition at the second qualifying round stage.

Rovers will play the winner of the first round tie between FC Ulysses of Armenia and Israel's Bnei Yehuda, while Sporting Fingal have been handed a testing tie as they take on CS Marítimo of Portugal.

This year's Europa League final will take place in the newly redeveloped Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
