Hi everyone, I've just recently bought a motherboard and cpu second hand off fleabay, and I was wondering if anybody here knew how to remove the previous owners wedding photo from my boot up. It happens during boot up, just before windows seven splash screen. Ive tried a reset, clear cmos, and removed the battery, still can't shift it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if all you got was a motherboard and cpu, the problem should be in the bios settings. ive never heard of a setting like this. i would poke around the bios to see if i could find said setting. there is a setting in some to display or not display splash screen for the computer manufacturer ie intel or hp etc.this i would disable and see if the picture is somehow tied to it. if that doesnt work its going to be a similar bios setting.
