Box looping

Guys does anyone know if you can get the box ip address if a box is stuck in a loop as i have an old zgemma s a mate has given to me and i would like to try flashing it via openwebif like wooshbuild or similar to see if it will come to life. Have tried the normal usb but no joy thanks moshi.

Most routers will show you what's connected. Sign into the router.

Could you not ping it from your pc, that may give you the ip address
ping zgemmas

Just type box model in on google see if webwif loads

Going to try the above now but i am sure the box will not connect to router if in loop mode.

Got the ip address and can connect fia ftp or putty but box just keeps looping so any ideas lads.

Keep trying via USB would be best option mate

What about grogbuild, you can flash that when its stuck in boot not sure about a bootloop tho but its gotta be worth a try

Tried both lads and wooshbuils opkg but nothing and via usb nothing

Format your usb stick correctly and it will work

Have flashed over a thousand boxes over the years but one for dsayers i think

No it will not tricky DAVE as i have formatted it right using hddguru and 2 brand new sandisk and still no joy tricky DAVE

YUP just run suls and still nothing,Like the old clould iboxes which used to get stuck on boot and had to jtag those but not got the kit or software for zgemma ones

It may be just the bootloader, have a look for one for your box model
