Box stop broadcasting

hi just uplugged my box today to try and move on to a new shelf when i connected it back up it goes to boot up and then after going through the normal process say it encountered a problem will restart in 10 secs, then just goes through the whole process again with the same result its just for watching FTA on sly dish on openvix if anyone can help would be great

you say stop broadcasting have you connected sat cable to wrong sat connection

what box ? n did u just unplug it whilst on? sat dish lead in right port ? only had it once tbf on older zemmas wen not putting it in deep standby to turn of just pulling plugg ,buggers usb setup if u have 1 set up on it
