Box trouble

Hi all,

So over the xmas new year period I've had trouble with my box....

1) line kept disappearing when watching paid channels. Sometimes just rebooting the router worked but it's getting worse??! I have to now restart router and box at least 5-10 times and can import my details each time to try. It eventually kicks in. My server provider is ok and reliable - they say it's all good their end.

What on earth do I do? What could be causing it? And how do I fix it?

On wb V5, all was ok until late December when the weird volume self-mute thing and then this happened too.
 
I had a similar issue which was becoming more frequent but once I done the update with the clock issue I reflashed a backup I had from earlier and it's not happened once since.

I'd recommend a flash of a saved backup or a fresh flash of WB v5.03
