Used E2 for years with no issues. Just a matter of getting used to the setup. Currently using jedi and xstreamity for IPTV and I just generate a script from here VPN Script Generator for my vpn which is very easy and works great. E2 all the way for me, not a big Android fan, but each to his own.

Iv used E2 box for my iptv for a long time and rarely have an issue
I stick with my gigablue trio uhd 4K as it’s a good spec box on budget that also allows me to use freesat for recording some channels
