BRAVIA KD-49XG7073 4k tv problems

Hi, I don't know if I'm in the right section I have a new TV and im new to Sony tv's I have just bought a KD-49XG7073 4K TV
And I don't use analogue or digital TV channels I just use the hdmi inputs,the problem is when I use the hdmi inputs I can not get any screen adjustment settings to come up to change brightness, contrast, colour or screen size ie width can anyone tell here is a picture of my remote but I've tried the obvious buttons, home, options and they don't do anything when using hdmi sources.

You have to put it on digital TV then press home button won't do it off hdmi for some reason simular TV to mine apart from mine 4k uhd and your remote slightly different where yours says sleep mine says options

Thanks for your quick replies I've found a way to do it it's under the sync menu
