I have 2 V8s boxes, the 1st in the living room connected up to the web via Ethernet. The 2nd is in the bedroom connected via wifi using the same channel list, line and dish. But generally I never use both boxes at the same time. I noticed that the 1 in the living room wouldn`t show Bt extra ch4 it only displays the scrambled sign. The other extra channels work fine. however the 2nd box does show all 6. if I switch boxes the problem remains the same, albeit now in different rooms I suspect the issue is with the 1st box, as the signal, internet, etc are the same. Can anyone suggest a solution to correct the fault on the 1st box so that both boxes show BT ex ch4
