bt Infinity broadband

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong section, my mate has a openbox v6s he has bt infinity fibre broadband the problem is the channels are glitching quite bad or taking to long to come on how ever i have tried his box at my house which just has a standard tesco broadband line and the box works fine ( i do have my own router not the one that was supplied by tesco ) this question i wanted to ask could bt be interupting his service some how ??

Update firmware then try

Try a broadband speedtest on is bt line. He may have a line problem.

prob ly find its the router settings you have to disable something in the router cant remember what it is

check to see if smart setup is disabled in your router settings

could be weak signal from dish like said above, you can try disable parental controls and smart setup
