BT sport pixalating

Please can someone help me I have Plymouth argyle a 1pm on bt sport and my it's pixalating really bad unwatchable. I have changed the LNB etc I have 97% signal and also contacted my line suppler who said that it's not at his end it also does the same on some other chanel's like cbs reality many thanks

how are you connecting your box to the internet?

what box you using. if its a twin tuner one of the tuners is dropping out. swap the cables on the tuners round and see if it improves.
