buffering bt fibre

my friend is with bt fibre and his iptv is constantly buffering is there anything i can do to help him im not with bt so have no idea thanks

Bit more info mate like
App device is it on WiFi ethanet can he try it on his phone using mobile data see if still buffering as that may help see if it is provider or his isp is web safe turned off has he ran speed tests is he using vpn or no vpn

sorry ethernet cable speedtest 47 meg netflix fine ive got box at my house not buffering here so bt must be that web safe thing
