hi folks looking into buying an extra kryptview receiver and stumbled across this on fleaby, any idea how you go about this piece of info listed below.......................cheers


The updated, and more reliable Kryptview Receiver includes an Ethernet port which can be used to stream .avi movie files, MP3s and .jpgs from your PC to your TV and all from the Kryptview remote control.

the seller describes this as a function in the kryptview but i cant seem to find it nor have i heard of it before................
 
I aint an expert on this by any means, but if my memory serves me right the earlier Kryptview (A750) had to have an ethernet adapter plugged in to get the broadband signal and the A780 had it built in, so it sounds like that is what he/she is selling.

That is right.

The way its worded is to get the KVA780 too appeal more than the KV750 that needs the Iconnector to connect to the internet.

as i have not seen one and reread the thread,it sounds like the 780,does it stream from pc did not think so,yes it is a picture of 780.a few bids for those boxes.
 
DW800 dream world Cable Receiver

does anyone have a dw800 working at moment or did n3 kill them all? and if so is it easy to rig up?.....................cheers
its does not have Ethernet port however has usb so would it be possible to use a wifi bridge instead?

I have a780 which is fine but getting mixed messages re the hd dw800
