We understand this will be compared to a Fire Stick and will question the difference in price, but here are the benefits the ST4000 has that the Fire Stick 4K TV doesn't have. The ST4000 is primary designed for IPTV, hence the interface and design. Fire stick have limitation to watching accessing some IPTV and therefore has no regular updates and fixes as IPTV menus dont exist, whilst some resellers and customers add 3rd party application for IPTV the feedback we got is having a purpose integrated IPTV menus like Buzztv4 would be better as if offers a better user experience and more updates and developments. The Fire Stick does have some benefits over Buzztv but they both function differently:

*All of below is what out weighs the Buzztv ST4000 against the Fire Stick

Integrated IPTV Menus and launchers by Buzztv
Multi Home Screen Options
Play Store
Aptoide Store
16GB Storage (Fire Stick is 8GB)
10 Portals for Macs
M3U option
Streaming Line Options
Live TV VOD TV Series & Apps all on home screen
BT-100 Remote = Dual Bluetooth & IR Remote with Back lighting keys (Press the Blue button for 5 seconds)
Remote has a lot more shortcuts for IPTV
IR Sensor Input & Cable included
Buzztv Pouch bag
Official Energizer Batteries
Buzztv Power Supply with built-in USA/Canada 2 pin and UK/Euro attachments
MicroSD Card Slot
3.0 USB Port

OH NO - the rumour has been confirmed. A firestick is NOT an IPTV device after all  :ROFLMAO:

A very thorough and honest write up. Obviously pre-empting the shouts that it isn't anything a firestick isn't. Pricewise, at £72 compared to a £29.99 firestick this would cost £1.75 per month more (at a conservative estimate of owning device for two years) so very reasonably priced considering the extra punch it packs. Cheers for posting.

@pupuqiop
That’s a good way of looking at this regarding monthly cost. Amazon with their own OS. It would be so difficult for any manufacturer to compete with their prices. So with buzztv own internal development of the firmware and feature and perhaps hardware hopefully it can justify the pricing.

looks ok to be fair. It is probably worth the extra for the control. Only possible downside you haave to buy the adapter seperate buy that time you are getting close to formuler prices. e.g z7+. Need a friend @basejumper to buy one and test.

Seems a nice box! But it's not a shield! and if you bought the firestick at the right time you could get two 4k ones for that price! Starting to run out of Hdmi connections!
@basejumper could test it and then add it to the pile he has under the stairs! or sell it and put it towards a Shield!
