Cable Cable HD channels issue

Had this box for a while now and can't fault it. Have both Sly and Vermin up and running. Both N lines using mgcamd.
My cable line supplier says everything is ok his end but my encrypted HD channels are constantly freezing for about 20 seconds at a time.
Sd encrypted channels working perfectly.
Sly Line works perfectly.
Has anyone else had issues with their Vermin HD channels ?
Could it be a signal issue and how would I check this?

My first step would be to take out any splitters and see if the problem improves.

Thanks for your reply. Only one splitter and thats the one that splits out to to the router.

You may well have a signal problem (too strong or too weak) but before looking further I'd simply just play about swapping/screwing and unscrewing cables. It's amazing what a bit of fiddling around can solve.

I've just double-clicked OK on VM's Sly Disneyy HD feed. My SNR is 98%, if that gives you something to compare to.

Yes. Just done that. Mine 98% as well

Hopefully someone will come along soon with more technical knowledge than me.
