Cable Cable tuner problem help please.

Hi all got two s h 1 boxes two set up . on tuner config iv'e disabled tuner A , enabled tuner B, NET ID, PROVIDER , ETC ETC , after going through complete vm cable set up guide ,cant get any channels and (sid not found in pat ) is displayed on screen ,also tells me to check there is a tuner config problem have sucmnsee firmware installed ,vm , line is good all cables good .hope some one can help before i take these boxes outside and kick them round the garden. help me pleeeeeeeeeease.:sorrow:

hi have also checked I P address managed to transfer N line to box checked via tspanel and line is there ok thanks
