Virgins doing a lot of tinkering about all over this past week, check that your getting an internet connection, if not then try your ethernet cable into a different port on your hub or even try another ethernet cable, that is if its not a provider issue.

Hi Guys,

I hope everyone is keeping well.

I know this has been asked a million times but after hours of searching through forums I am giving up and asking the question.

So I was having issues with my image (no pause or record function) so decided to flash to a new image (Open PLi 7.2)

apart from FTA channels all channels are blank, I have scanned for channels and they are all showing on the list but no image or sound.

I have configured all the Cable settings to my are etc and added my line to Mgcamd file, i have edited the mg_cfg file to what I had installed previously.

I have a feeling the box is no longer reading my Mgcamd.list for the line

I really dont know what else to do to get my channels working again.

I am using a Zgemma H2H

please do let me know your thoughts on how I can fix this issue.

Thank you in advance

You asked this yesterday and I told you then that the line DOES NOT go in the mg_cfg file
It goes in newcamd.list
Make sure the cable tuner is set to virginmedia all systems
Then save and go to autoboqetmaker and scan for channels

The line was not in the mg_cfg file it was always in the newcamd.list file exactly as the supplier had sent it.

I have done all the above and still no channels, I even refreshed the box with an older version of the image and still the same thing.

Have you set the tuner as above?
Have you scanned for channels in autobouquetmaker?
Have you restarted the softcam?

I was getting bbc 1 last night but today nothing after flashing again
why not reflash with grogbuild from here and save yourself the hassle with openpli

the build is all up to date and all cams are updated and good to go

done all those including the restart of the softcam and the box itself.
years go when i had this issue the provider i was using asked me to paste a list of things in config file and I think that done the trick.
Could the mgcamd download from the plugins create files that do not work.
When using FTP to add the line i notice 5 or 6 things in the urs/keys/ folder.

Unsure about that but would ask you said ETC and not USR/KEYS
Mgcamd with vix image went to USR/KEYS
Cccam would have gone into etc

You asked for a fix and the easiest way of doing this is to do what I said above
You have everything in the resources top the page
