Can anyone download the EPG?

I only know how to search for 7 day epg its simple

If I was looking for a programme to record in 4 days tune but I didn't know when or what channel then how would I find it exactly is what I'm saying???

look in your tv listings mag that's how lol then press EPG go to that date and time and press the yellow button for 'book' that programme to record
