Can I control and watch my Sky Q box from another room?

I'm trying to find a way to wirelessly watch and control my Sky Q Box from another room.
I did a lot of googling but the results I'm getting are all to do with the older Sky boxes.
I don't want to go down the route of running cable and drilling through a wall.

The only way I think you can do this is via a hdmi modulator and magic eye using your coax system.

Don't think the magic eye works with sky q it used to work on sky +hd with magic eye
