Can i JB iPhone 3GS 4.3.3 (8J2) BB 05.16.02

Hi all

can i JB iPhone 3GS 4.3.3 (8J2) BB 05.16.02 without upgrading he baseband to the iPad one as i do not want to run the risk of losing the GPRS OR GSM whatever its called lol not a technical guy as you can tell.

what is the safest way forward now to jailreaking the iPhone and unlocking it to all networks?

i think i could possibly jailbreak it, the main concern is unlocking it to all networks.
 
The UNLOCK only seems to be available upto 4.3.2,just keep a eye on the link these things change on a daily basis

only way forward is to upgrade the baseband to the iPad one and lost the GPS. The dev team are working on a fix at the moment, I reckon best way forward would be jailbreak it and then get it unlocked from the phone carrier.

but in the future if i upgraded and just only jailbroke the iPhone would i lose my factory unlock to all networks done by the phone carrier?
