Can I use this box for IPTV?

Afternoon everyone,
With cable being a bit unpredictable at the moment and nobody really knowing whether it's permanent or not im toying with having a look at IPTV.
My question is I have a Technomate TM nano se m2 plus and can this box be used for IPTV?
