Cable Can I watch sly and record virmin at the same time with a H1 box?

I have just left Virmin and have a sly dish,I believe my virmin feed is still active, my question is if I get an H1 box can I record Virmin whilst watching sly? Any advise on the best place to buy a box would be appreciated.

yes. I have recorded something on v***** and switched to s** no problem. I have recorded something on s** and v***** at the same time. Dont know how that works.

You'll be best of getting virgin broadband only to keep your line active
