Can not update TS Media amongst other things Cloud ibox 3

Hi, many IPKs i try to install, including TSMedia (also via software update option within TSM) fail.

It all tends to be

"* opkg_download: Failed to download [link] wget returned 1."
"Perhaps you need to run 'opkg update'?"Anybody encountered this?

How would I run opkg update?
