Can't change channel on zgemma after update

Hi I am running wooshbuild 6 on zgemma h2s . After performing an update I am unable change channel as I do on my sky box. For e.g. I want to change channel to 503 bbc HD news but when I press these numbers on my remote control it's changing channel to IT Rai 3HD. I have to go to EPG then tab 28.2 UK to change channel unfortunately can't just put channel number in. Please help me. Any help would be appreciated.
