cant get any signal satellite on wooshbuild infinity

any help please , i have wooshbuild image installed on my h2s but cant get any signal for hotbird satellite , i use to get full signal on other receiver
i try every thing but nothing

I've got same issue on my h5.2tc.

I can't see it being the build specifically unless something didn't set up correctly, have you tried running an ABM scan or Manual Scan and see if they find the channels?
