cant remove whooshBuild

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone cant help me, as I am now a skybox f5 widow thought I better get myself a cable receiver. I decided on a z gemma hs2 not realising its sat only ( I spent ages working out which one to get and I still got it wrong!)
So I have ordered a H2. which should be here tomorrow. I have flashed the hs2 (before I realised my mistake) with whooshbulid and everything seemed fine (I could flick through the blank channels) so I thought I would do a factory reset and sell it.
After doing the reset it is still loading whooshbuild but starts show error lines then says it has to restart and if you leave it on it will continue to do this.
I have put whooshbuilder back on and it seems fine but I wanted to have the original software on it. and I would like to make sure the problem is not the box before I sell it.

Download and flash latest openATV build from. zgemma .tv flash same as you did wooshbuild. [emoji106]

Biggest mistake was doing a factory reset....it doesn't work.easy to fix but you will have to go on the wooshbuild site http://www.wooshbuild.co.uk/. Then down load basebuild for H2S stick it on to a usb stick.Then unplug any usb stick/sticks you have already plugged in to your box.power off the box plug the usb you have with basebuild into the front port.turn on box by white switch on the back of the box. The the display should say FLSH.it will boot up then just follow the instructions.hope that helps.

I think the OP wants to get rid of WooshBuild, not re-flash it, as he has already done.

WhooshBuild is the biggest crock of sh1t out there.

Full of useless tat that does nothing but crash boxes, and then the absolute chore of trying to get it off your box.

Steer well clear of it.

you must be right and the thousands of users hapily using it without issue must be wrong. taking it off any box is as simple as flashing a box.
