CasheFlush settings

Hi all,
Was wondering what settings do people use in cacheflush,using woosh v5,open atv,
mine are as follows,are these right?

yes
pagecache,dentries and inodes
yes
30 mins
no
10 seconds
extensions
2048 kb

Is the uncached memory size supposed to be 20480 kb or 2048 kb ?

The reason im asking is when i recorded a film last night i was going through the box and in the cacheflush it was up to 99% used but when it stopped recording it dropped to 43% used(panic over).
Just wondering why this is and what happens if it hits 100%.

Use the settings posted above and you shouldn't ever hit 100%

Think mine on the h2s is any where from 36 to 40%

I see no need to have Cache Flush at all on the H2S. The 2S needed it but not these boxes.
