Hi can anyone advise if catch is available on this box or plugins, I have found one which just has ITV player on but no BBC or 4OD ect

i have heard BBC is not available anywhere but have also seen something called freetime mentioned on certain boxes ?

Can't answer your first question, but Freetime is a front end created by Freesat for their locked down boxes(Humax etc). It doesn't apply here.
 
New to all this too and have learned so much so far. Only one i have found is Ondemand which has ITV Player and a couple of others. I have been told to use Net TV on TSmedia but haven't tried it yet.
