The EFL has announced that the Championship will restart on the weekend of June 20, subject to all safety requirements and government guidelines being met.

The EFL is then planning to complete the season with the play-off final on or around July 30 due to the importance of completing the season in a similar timeline to that of the Premier League to avoid any potential issues with promoted and relegated clubs.

lt has also been agreed to consider changing the regulations to allow teams to use five substitutes in the remaining fixtures and field matchday squads of 20 players rather than 18.

Thats good and seems play offs are going ahead as well.

Not sure about five substitutes tbh as nearly half the team will be fresh with subs lol.

Extra subs makes sense with the lack of match fitness, and possibly playing in the heat of summer. But it'll give the teams with the bigger/better in depth squads an advantage, as they'll be able to rotate good players more.

Yeah deffo agree gives the big clubs an edge with rotation

Can understand why they doing it.

But im sure smaller teams would feel like they will have no chance now against the big boys.

Liverpool and City have got arguably the best all round squads not just in the league but you could argue in europe.

Just imagine the score line every week in every game when both of those two teams play    :ROFLMAO:
