Change mag 250 to hdmi

Hi i have a mag 250 and cannot get hdmi to work it works with av leads but if i swap over to hdmi leads it will not load
Tried to go into bios settings but there is no option to change to hdmi

There is a YouTube video how to do this. Something to do with changing it to pal.. or from pal. Just google it.
