change of box from zgemma star s to 2s FOR IPTV

hi guys i bought a second hand box of ebay and tried to add my sub for IPTV the same way i did the old box through ZOC iv changed the username & password back to where it said it on the script but when i pasted it in for the first time with the right username and password this is what it gives me

Do i need to flash the box or add the sub a different way
