i have deleted all my channels on my channel edit on my v8 box how do i get them back please

get a new channel list from here http://www.ajsat.co.uk/ and put it on your box

Use the channel list from cdub74 on the forum below.
Or if your box supports networking you can update online via that method.
Personally i always used the cdub74 link.

i have done this down load the latest list on to my memory stick as per usual put in my v8 box upgrade vire usb it uploads then when i go off it say no channels it say the same on the front of my box i have done this loads of times no problems till now after i deleted channels first as advised
