Channel freezing

So since the sky sports channels has gone down I have noticed my only remaining sky sports main event channel has been freezing up quite frequent which never used to before so was wondering if anyone else has noticed freezing with sky sports main event or do I need to switch provider

I guess you must be one of the lucky ones most people have lost sky main event along with the others
