For the past few days i am losing everything on my box. It come back on all channel, next day its off. What could be the fault guys thanks? Currently its off the box. The line is live. Could my eternal cable be faulty or the router. My box is H9S.

As i asked over there when it goes off does box lose its network connection= Run network test on box to see all is green.
As your on vm router can others say if they are trying to block service?
Is a vpn in use or is needed while using Iptv?
