hi installed wooshbuild 7 on zgemma box set up for iptv got line sorted out this is when the problems started. after first day the channels went off .had this for a week now and every day around sixish the channels all go off .but they come back on the next day and work fine?????
 
If your channels are going off at the same time every day, my first thought would be a supplier issue. I assume you have checked your internet etc.

Speak to your supplier or maybe even try a new test line to rule it out as a problem.

Speaks volumes to me, suddenly goes quiet when the football gets blocked. Personally I would say you have a poor supplier, especially if they are not even responding to you now. Best thing to do is post on the request thread and get some new trials, especially when the football is on. There are plenty of decent suppliers out there who have got round the block and football works fine.

If you want it investigating then you can speak to one of the admins and discuss it with them.....if you think you have been ripped off.....they may be able to help. Don't mention names on the open threads though.

PM one of the admins and ask them can they help is your best bet if you think it's a dodgy provider.
 
If your iptv is going off every evening, this isn't the EPL block as EPL don't play every night, and it would only be for the duration of the match anyway.

ask your supplier for a refund or otherwise sort out the connection issues
