Channels just dissapeared

i was watching the toon game and it went off, wasnt happy. cant get any channels now. when i press info when a channel is on it says scrambled but i have signal strength but in the bottom left corner im sure it said cccam or summit, thats gone too, any help. cheers guys

Hi im also having a similar problem. getting scrambled on channel but free to air channels are working fine. thanks in advance for any advice.

Go to your camds setup page and check and see if the server is online

it says all 3 are offline and they have a tick next to them

is that the box knackered then, i bought it off internet auction site with 12 month gift, that was 6 month ago

turn box off and back on they should clear ok if not try network setting

done that. still only got FTA channels and still says offline. have i been ripped off

Guys thanks for the help but i have tried what you have suggested, to no avail. i have also updated to the latest firmware from the downloads and this seems to have erased the cams menu option. by the way this box is for recieveing all the asia channels ie star plus and gold etc. and these are what i need to get back for my old man. thanks again.
