Cable Channels showing as <na>

Hi, i am using atv 5.x and HD channels through virgin are all showing as <na> and dvb service. I cant re tune via abm as it keeps on crashing. Is there anything i can do to fix this without having to flash the box?

As Siilver said,that's an old image, I would not use that version I would install Open Atv 6.2 .

Thanks guys, i have updated to the new version supplied by Grog68.
