Channels starting from 3000

Hi guys I have scanned my kryptview a850 and got all my channels back, but now they start from 3000 and are not in order, I tried to delete them and do again but keep coming back from 3000 not 101 can anyone help me thanks in advance.

have you checked to see if there's an online update in the settings menu?

Yeah done that no update.

take a note of provider you scanned on and a few frequencies that channels are on and factory reset box then rescan as you are doubling up your channel lists
