Chrysler Neon Radio Code Help !

just had to replace the battery on my Neon and now its asking for a stereo code that I cant find in the handbooks. can anyone here help me with that ?
I have attached a photo of the label on the set ...
Part Nummber is PO4858513AK-A
Date Code 3449 Suplier 17719A
Serial Number T Q1 AA344 9 D6614
Any assistance wouuld be very welcome !!
