Satellite CI module not found

I have a 4 years experience with a VU+ Solo2 and Openpli.
I switched to Zgemma H7S and have the following issue.
I have to use a CAM with a CI module. But my module is not found, in the CI menu it is mentionned "module not found".
In the plugin's there is no Commoninterface.. plugin.
What to do ?

I have to add that I am not sure the module is deeply inserted. Do not dare to push to hardly. With the module inserted as far as I dare, I can not close the little door. Is this normal ?

remove the cover have a look at the CI interface and see if the Cam is fully inserted to the slot, if not just give it a push until its inserted
reboot box goto ci module in settings and see if its there

why are you using a Cam when this box will do more ??

Working now, had to trim the CAM to get it fully inserted.
To use my Télésat abo, I have to use their CAM.
