Cloud box 2

Hi tried to up date my cloud inbox 2 plus using the vid update on the box now it's just stuck on the boot will I have to re flash with a image of the vid site and start over again.
any advice would be great

You cant online update that box using vix software,you may be able to relash it with a new backup image
