Cloud ibox ii+ boot menu help!!!!!!!!

Hi I am new to this forum so I apologise in advance if I seem a bit thick.

Ok so here goes, Recently bought Cloud I box2 off friend who flashed box etc, everything working fine until this morning.

I have boot menu showing on the box, on my tv screen it is showing Cloud ibox 2, but it wont let me update, look at menu on remote etc it has completely froze.

please could someone help me on what I need to do.

Have you tried restarting it? pull the plug from the wall.
if its still not working,. then it needs flashing again.

yes, I have tried restarting it, plug out of wall, unplugged all leads on the back put back in also turned power button on back off.

ok, so how do I flash the box?

NEVER UPDATE THE BOX BY THE MENU UPDATE SOFTWARE THIS WILL BRICK THE IBOX AS THEY ARE CLONES!! and as regards re-flashing its in the stickies at the top if you care to read them!

If you want to get it back exactly as it was ask ur mate who set it up for the folder to flash it (or do for you). Cant undrrstand why he gave u usb like that. Otherwise you can download folder from here, unpack until you see the "xpeedlx" folder.
Then copy to usb and turn off box
Insert usb to back of box and reboot. Should after 6 min or less say done.
Then get back to us

Ps this will take hours 1st time so consider getting him to reflash for you (20mins)
