Code 7 error message formula devices

Morning guys don't know if any of you have come across this message yet using the formula range boxes code 7 error message please contact service provider seen it Alot recently there is a simple fix out there for it.
All you have to do is basically run the update for mol and the box and job done without the hassle of giving your providers the headache and head scratching which has been happening.
I'm not saying it will happen to all end users but seen it Alot with my provider so if it does happen just simply update your box and problem solved.!!
