Contacting Current subscriber

Hi,

I have an existing provider who i'm unable to renew with as they no longer have access to the portal but the sub is great. Is there anyway to contact them with but the only information I have is the portal URL, which I won't post here for obvious reasons?

The URL doesn't lead me to anywhere except a Ubuntu page when I go to any variation of it.

Is your provider from here if so try to message them?

Also have you not got their email address or joined a group if they have one in event of any issues to be able to contact them?
 
It was provided by a friend who was a reseller.

He said the Read Only telegram group sent a new portal link and then cleared the chat and he didn't make a note of it.

It was a great sub, all the trials I've had since have far too many channels and it's so bloated with duplicates.
